  • Is Thrive Chicago currently hiring?

  • Is there a training period provided for each role?

    Yes! We feel a well-educated and competent team is what drives the results that we have here at Thrive. We are proud of our management training and our commitment to producing future leaders. We offer paid training that includes marketing, sales, entry-level management, customer service, and promotional events.

  • Is this a commission-only position?

    No! We do pay commissions and bonuses but that it is in addition to your hourly or salaried wages. Our starting pay is determined based on your experience and background. Each of our job posts will include a pay range in each role that is negotiable through the interview process.
